Refunds, Returns & Support Policy
Terrariums and plants are living ecosystems that require proper care to thrive. Once purchased, their health and maintenance become the responsibility of the new owner.
Because of this, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any live plants, terrariums, paludariums or plant-related products.
However, we are committed to helping you enjoy and care for your living piece of art. If you experience challenges, we’re happy to:

Provide care guidance and plant-care tips

Offer a refurbishment service to refresh or restore your terrarium (free or for a small fee, depending on the time since purchase)
Non-Plant Items & Technical Issues
We do offer refunds or exchanges on non-living items such as lighting, tools, and accessories—as long as they are unused and returned in original condition within our return period within 14 days of purchase.
Lighting Warranty:
If your lighting system develops a technical issue within one year of purchase, we will repair, replace, or refund it—provided the issue is due to a manufacturing fault and not accidental damage or misuse.
Glass & Structural Issues
If your terrarium glass is damaged due to a structural defect or issue in the building process, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
However, we do not offer refunds or replacements for glass that has been broken, smashed, or damaged due to accidents, mishandling, or improper care after purchase.
No Refunds on Vouchers
All vouchers purchased are non-refundable. Once a voucher has been issued, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges for cash or credit.
Postponement Options
We understand that plans can change. While we do not offer refunds on vouchers, we are happy to accommodate postponements:
- Vouchers can be rescheduled for a future date subject to availability
- Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to postpone your booking
- Postponement requests should be made in advance to ensure we can accommodate your preferred new date
Voucher Validity
Please check your voucher for expiry dates and terms of use. Postponements must be arranged before the voucher expiry date.

Refund Processing Time
